Step 4 - Your new vehicle is prepared for delivery or collection
Before your new vehicle is delivered or collected from our dealership it will undergo a Full B Service (using only genuine Mercedes Benz Parts), 99 point check and any faults found or reported will be rectified, issued a new 12 months MOT, 6 months no quibble warranty and 12 month AA Breakdown cover.
Step 5 - Your new vehicle is Valeted and sanitised
Prior to delivery or collection from our dealership, your new vehicle is fully valeted, sanitised and fitted with protective covers to the steering wheel, gearstick’s, door handles and driver's seat.
Step 6 - Contactless home delivery or collection from our dealership
You can choose to have your new vehicle delivered to your home address for free* or collect from our dealership at a convenient time to suit you by your designated sales advisor who will be wearing PPE and adhering to social distancing.
